Craig A. Ciechanowski formed Ciechanowski Law Group, PC in 2023 with a goal of continuing

Craig A. Ciechanowski

Annually named a Massachusetts “Super Lawyer” by his peers, Craig A. Ciechanowski focuses his practice in the areas of transactional and general business matters, as well as commercial land use and development.  He represents a wide variety of businesses, including large corporations, family-owned businesses, franchise owners, venture capital-backed and privately funded startups, limited liability companies, professional corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships.  Craig assists business owners and entrepreneurs in initial startup, mergers, acquisitions, sales and financing. In addition, he provides counsel and guidance on daily business issues, including employment, regulatory compliance, governance and contract issues.  Craig frequently represents clients before municipal and state boards in connection with the development and leasing of complex real estate projects, including multi-use commercial buildings, retail centers, office buildings and industrial and warehouse facilities.  In addition, he represents institutional lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions, as well as foreclosures and workouts.

Craig is presently a member of the Board of Directors of The League School of Greater Boston, a leading educator of children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and Asperger syndrome, where from 2008 through 2013 he served as President and Chairman of the Board.  He is a former president of the Walpole Youth Lacrosse League and a former chairman of the Town of Walpole Conservation Commission.

Christopher J. Redd

Christopher J. Redd is a 2019 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Suffolk University Law Review.  Before joining Ciechanowski Law Group, PC, Chris was an associate at a national law firm based in Boston where his practice focused on representing large, institutional clients in various business and litigation matters.  Chris also served in the United States Marine Corps where he achieved the rank of Corporal and deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
