Craig Ciechanowski and Christopher Redd, of Ciechanowski Law Group, PC, have successfully assisted in the recent sale of Prize Possessions, Inc., a leading provider of custom, personalized awards, gifts, recognition items, and high-end sporting trophies focusing on the golf industry.  Prize Possessions, Inc. was founded in 1977 and rapidly grew by providing excellent customer service and unique etching and engraving capabilities.  Craig Ciechanowski and Christopher Redd assisted Prize Possessions, Inc. in negotiating the letter of intent, navigating due diligence review, negotiating and finalizing all definitive agreements, and closing the sale.  The company was acquired by a private, family-owned business.
