Ciechanowski Law Group, PC successfully represented Air Temperature Systems, Inc., a Massachusetts commercial, industrial, and residential heating and cooling company, in its recent sale.  Since its incorporation in 1978, Air Temperature Systems has installed, serviced, and maintained commercial forced air and hydroponics HVAC systems, as well as specialized in installing and maintaining mini-split heating and cooling systems.  Christopher Redd of CLG assisted Air Temperature Systems in navigating due diligence and negotiating and finalizing definitive sale documents.  The purchaser was a former employee who is excited to continue Air Temperature Systems’ high quality HVAC services throughout southern New England.
